Ever since I was a kid, the tinfoil hat has represented a thought or idea that is so far fetched as to be totally unrealistic- such as little green men from Mars coming to adopt an unwanted sister. Even since man has walked on the moon (a few, anyway), notions about flying saucers and (more) little green men named Spock bring comments about "putting on your tinfoil hat".
Today, after years of doing my best to not invite such comments, of insuring I was not going off on any wild tangents and in true Newsie fashion of checking facts and figures (not always the Ladies'), I have come to the conclusion there is no longer any such thing as a tinfoil hat.
In the last six months I have watched events unfold throughout the country that would have been unheard of as little as 25 years ago, perhaps even less.
For a person to run as leader of this country and not have to viably prove his citizenship would never have flown in 1980, let alone 1960, or '50, and certainly not in 1799. Today we take it as a natural turn of events.
For that person to run on a campaign consisting of one word, "change", and absolutely no substance, would have set the media on fire 25 years ago. No way would an upstart with nothing between his ears but tobacco smoke have got away with making stupid promises not even a fool would believe have been elected by the citizens of this country.
That'll never happen in the good old U.S.ofA. Put on your tinfoil hat, my Friend.

In 1960, there is no way a fag would ever be allowed to talk openly in any school, or other public forum, that his is a legitimate lifestyle and perfectly fine to carry on. No way would a lesbian be allowed to discuss the virtue of such a lifestyle on public air waves let alone on TV, even if she owned the network.
A child molester in 1960 would not have had to worry about a court date: all the men in the community would have quickly straightened him out. There'd never have been a need for community meetings about where that kind of person was going to live- he wouldn't have lived there long enough to receive his first Welfare check.

Today we talk about people who don't trust the government as wearing tinfoil hats.
Today I am telling all those people to remove their tinfoil hats and throw them away because every sneaking suspicion they've ever had about the government, NWO, Unilateral Commission, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberger, Kennedys, Pelosis, Commies, North American Union, et-al, are totally true.
There is no longer any doubt the governments of the world are out to eradicate the 'little man'. Every last one of us will become a serf or worm food, within the next five years, or we'll be on the run from the very gov't we elected last year: socialists and communists.
Yes- Soterobama is going to be the last person to hold the office of president even though he neither deserves nor earned it.

Since 'he' has declared a 'public health emergency' this quickly in the game, I fully expect a corresponding declaration of martial law to follow very soon.
Why do I think that?

Upon whose orders are they doing this? Why are they doing this? Are American citizens so frightened and uncontrollable they need chaperons while at home with an illness?
Further reading into this scenario has the military and LEO entering homes to 'check the welfare of residents' with no warning or permission from anyone.

Since I no longer wear a tinfoil hat, I see Second Amendment offenses right here, all nice and neatly wrapped in a government hatched plot to exercise more control, to keep us from comparing notes and exercising free speech out of eavesdropping environs.
And how do these people intend insuring we remain 'quarantined'? Certainly not our homes or businesses or schools, and surely there are hardly enough hospital beds in the country to care for masses of infected people.
Oops...did I hear someone say Detention Centers?

I'm fed up with the treachery of my government. This is not what the Founders had in mind, surely not the America I knew as a young man. Surely not the government I want my kid to inherit.
